Maï Le Prat

Holding a DEA (Masters 2) in private law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Maï Le Prat became a member of the Paris bar in January 2004.

She has developed a comprehensive labor law practice as an advisor as well as in litigation matters for the Firm, principally defending companies and executive employees.  She speaks English fluently which has allowed her to build privileged relationships with an Anglo-Saxon clientele.

She regularly publishes articles covering labor law news and is often interviewed by the specialized press.

Maï Le Prat teaches labor law to students in the Sustainable Development and Responsible Organization Master 2 program at the Paris University – Dauphine.

Laurent Verdier

Laurent Verdier holds a doctorat of law and has been a member of the Paris bar since January 2004.

Previously, he worked as in-house counsel for a professional farmers’ association and then for the Ministry in charge of the Environment.  His experience allowed him to acquire broad knowledge of the various branches of public and private law applicable to the environment.  Laurent Verdier was part of the legal committee for the Environmental and Sustainable Development Ministry in charge of constitutionalizing environmental law (lobbying committee for the Coppens Commission in charge of drafting the Environment Charter).  Laurent Verdier is lecturer for industrial environmental law at the Université Technologique de Troyes and sustainable development for the masters 2 program at Université Paris 9 Dauphine.  His knowledge and practice in environmental law have led him to intervene, as a subject matter expert, in various seminars and conferences: training for public or para public institutions (Environment Ministry, INRA), private institutions (DII, EFE, Elegia, CNPP Enterprises, Le Moniteur), professional unions (FNSEA, CPCI) and grandes écoles (Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées).  Holding a DEA (masters 2) in company law from Paris IX – Dauphine, Laurent Verdier is also in charge of banking litigation.  He also intervenes in family/civil law matters.  His fluency in Spanish has lead him to develop strong privileged relationships with Spain and South and Central America.
